We have development teams for the Microsoft .NET stack, the Java/Scala stack and various open source stacks like Python and PHP. Many teams have solid front-end skills in Javascript HTML and CSS. We also have native iOS and Android mobile teams. Miscellaneous specialties are available like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics AX, AWS, Azure, Micro Services, Mendix, UX design etc. For a full list check the team selection page.
Agile way of working.
Our development teams are used to working in an agile way, using scrum. You can do the daily standups, demos, retrospectives and planning sessions via remote communication. We're used to Atlassian Jira, Teams, Skype, Slack and GIT and can quickly adapt to any other process tooling you prefer.

The team selection page gives you a transparent impression of available technologies, availability and pricing.
In practice we always manually compose / modify your team. -

Together with one of our (and your) senior tech-leads, we discuss your challenges. They could be capacity-, dependency-, flexibility- or financially related matters.

Would scaling up with Team as a Service solve the challenges? If so, how would we scale up? Small, large, dedicated and mixed teams are all options to work on your projects.

After onboarding, a project starts with a (virtual) face-to-face 'meet and greet' session to form a closer working relationship. This will allow you to tune the needs, wishes, project outlines and preferred way of working. And… it is fun to team up!

During the working period, your product owner / company will be in contact with the team on a daily basis. If needed, a project manager can be added to your team. The team members can communicate in English and have signed a valid NDA.

Going forward, the team can be modified (enlarged, reduced, changed) or supplemented with other teams or expertise. It is our goal to 'team up' and be your backbone for your IT development capacity.
